With a home MAC Tournament game already wrapped up and just a single playing senior, UB Women's Basketball has seen more critical games than this afternoon's Senior Day against Kent State, but you wouldn't know it based on the beginning-to-end dominance over Kent State, a 63-47 win that closes out the regular season on a 5-2 run.
UB finishes the season with a 2-0 season sweep of the Golden Flashes after a win way back on 9 January. Today, Joanna Smith led Buffalo with 14 points, but three other starters scored seven or more. Brittany Morrison continues to shine in a starting role, pulled down 13 rebounds to lead all players, including a staggering seven on the offensive glass, where Bulls grabbed 20 rebounds to Kent's 28 defensive boards.
