Riding a three game win streak into Alumni Arena this afternoon, Buffalo Bulls Women’s Basketball had a great opportunity to make it four. But, the Bowling Green Falcons came to the arena ready to play and heavily out-rebounded the Bulls in order to pull out a close 64-62 win. The Bulls just didn’t have enough offense to take this game away despite the disadvantage on the glass.
In a first quarter capitalized by Stephanie Reid and Katherine Ups, the Bulls jumped out to a 17-5 advantage, making it look like this would be an easy game to take from the Falcons.
