In the wake of Lamonte Bearden's departure, many wondered briefly what UB Men's Basketball Head Coach Nate Oats would do with his open scholarship spot. It appears today that he's gone with a late signee.
DaVonta Jordan, a class of 2016 PG from Montverde Academy (FL), tells me he just committed to the University of Buffalo.

This is an extremely impressive get by Nate Oats and his staff. Jordan was ranked 9th in the state of Florida by ESPN with a three star rating.
