Last month the best player in UB history put out a tweet that started a firestorm. Khalil Mack’s note about UB not signing his little brother blew up in the departments face and created what was, without a doubt, the worst unforced PR error at UB during the tenure of head football coach Lance Leipold.
When something like this happens, and egos get bruised, it takes big men to put the mistakes behind them and move on. It seems that Leipold, and LeDarius Mack, both seem to be capable of taking the high road here.
The Bulls offered Mack, who has just one season of football under his belt, and Mack has accepted the offer.
