Brandon Mumaw came to Buffalo looking to complete a Master's in Higher Education Administration. Because he had a year of NCAA eligibility left after three seasons and a redshirt playing for the Saint Leo University Lions he got to spend a year playing Ball for the Bulls.
After limited action in 2012/2013, and a redshirt in 2014 the South Paw ramped it up in 2015. Appearing in 16 games with two starts on the season. On the year, he was 5-0 with two saves with a 4.97 ERA.
Before Saint Leo Mumaw played high school ball He attended Wesley Chapel High School in Florida.
