Freshman Chantal Martinez Blanco won a pair of matches on Friday night, leading the Bulls to a 4-3 victory over Duquesne. Martinez Blanco began the night with a 6-2 win at second doubles as she helped the Bulls claim the ever important doubles point. Then with the match tied at 3-3, Martinez Blanco was the last woman standing at second singles as she overcame a first set loss and came back to win the match, 2-6, 6-1, 6-2, clinching the victory for the Bulls.
Sophomore Lamonte Bearden led the Bulls to a pair of victories this past week, helping the Bulls extend their four-game winning streak.
