DEKALB, IL – The University at Buffalo baseball team fell on the road Saturday to the Northern Illinois Huskies by the score of 9-2. With the loss, the Bulls dropped to 12-22 overall on the year and 5-9 in MAC play.
After striking out four batters through the first two innings, Buffalo starting pitcher Charlie Sobieraski got into trouble in the third inning as he allowed a double and a pair of walks to load the bases with one out.
