BUFFALO, NY – The annual Blue and White Scrimmage is set for Saturday afternoon at UB Stadium. The culmination of spring practice, the scrimmage will start at 2 pm and admission is free.
Due to the roster size, Saturday's scrimmage will feature the offense versus the defense in various game-like situations.
With the graduation of four-year starter Joe Licata, the most interesting battle of the spring has been for the starting quarterback job. Sophomore Chris Merchant, redshirt-freshman Tyree Jackson and Iowa State transfer Grant Rohach have been taking equal reps all spring and that will continue on Saturday.
