The Buffalo Bills entered Week Eight of the 2019 NFL season feeling like Rodney Dangerfield. Like the great comedian, the Bills just get no respect, I tell ya. Against the Philadelphia Eagles, a team many picked to contend for a Super Bowl berth this season, the Bills had a chance to earn that respect.
After a 31-13 shellacking at the hands of the Eagles—at home, no less—the Bills are looking a little less respectable in the eyes of many. Sure, many fans picked this game as one the Bills would lose (like our own Skarekrow, whose season predictions are still flawless), but it certainly didn’t make the loss any easier to swallow.
