Three Buffalo Bills Offseason Priorities

After finishing 8-8 last season, there are three major Buffalo Bills offseason priorities that should be addressed if they want to end their sixteen-year playoff drought. The Bills are entering the offseason handcuffed so to speak because their salary cap situation is not very good. According to CBSSports.com, the Bills have one ofthree worst salary cap situationsin the league.

The salary cap for the 2016 season has been set at $155.27 million according to NFL.com. This includes a recent ruling byarbitrator Stephen Burbank that found that the NFL did not properly record over $100 million in revenues which should have been included in the pool that determines the salary cap number.
