The capitol’s football team is currently 1-1 on the season, with both games coming down to the wire. Washington won the second of those two nail biters after a questionable offsides call on the New York Giants gave former Bill Dustin Hopkins a second opportunity to hit the gaming winning field goal, which he took full advantage of, winning the game as the clock struck quadruple zero.
