In their victory over the New York Jets on Sunday, Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott joined two former Bills coaches in winning his regular season debut with the team. One of them was fired less than two years into his tenure with the team and the other one has a spot on the shelf in Canton.
Rex Ryan was only the second head coach in Buffalo Bills history to win in his debut with the team. A 27-14 victory over the Indianapolis Colts who went to the AFC Championship the year prior had Bills fans everywhere fooled.
