Tyrod Taylor was pulled from action late in the game against the New Orleans Saints, but Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott reiterated that Taylor and not backup Nathan Peterman will be under center when the team takes on the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 11.
Peterman led a scoring drive, throwing the lone touchdown pass of the day, against a Saints team that was up by five touchdowns so it’s not exactly a noteworthy performance. While some will point to his ability to get the ball out quickly, it makes sense as New Orleans had their defensive backs pulled back, opening up the soft underbelly.
