Reports: Buffalo Bills won’t offer RFA tender to Levi Wallace

Levi Wallace was a starting cornerback for most of the last three years with the Buffalo Bills. Now, though, it looks like the former undrafted rookie could be playing for a new team in 2021. The Bills had the option to offer Wallace a contract as a restricted free agent; a right-of-first-refusal contract would’ve cost $2.133 million in 2021. But they have no plan to do that, according to reports from NFL Draft Diamonds and ESPN’s Field Yates. Both reports mentioned that the Bills still wanted to retain Wallace, if they could. But ESPN Bills beat reporter Marcel Louis-Jacques added that “unless something drastic changes,” Wallace will be hitting free agency.
