It’s very funny that there are still people who are saying that Lamar Jackson should have won the 2024 MVP award. Those people clearly didn’t watch Josh Allen play football last season because without him, the Buffalo Bills wouldn’t have won more than four, maybe five games. Allen deserved the award more and it wasn’t even close.
I’m not saying that Jackson wasn’t an MVP candidate, but the award should go to the most valuable player who had the best impact on their team. If Jackson didn’t have Derrick Henry, then maybe he would have a better case.
