Penalty recap: Weird stuff as Buffalo Bills take down New York Giants

The Buffalo Bills took a step back in the penalty department this week but overcame those speed bumps to take down the New York Giants. A few wacky calls made this an interesting game for penalty nerds and/or people who like being angry with the refs. I can’t be judgmental this week, though, as we get a rare fail from the Harm stat.
