1. Myles Garrett
He's the best pass rusher in the league, and there's a good argument that he's the best defensive player, period. This year, in particular, Garrett has been on another level. He's already set a career high in quarterback hits, with 35 through 14 games.
He's also amassed 21.5 sacks, putting him just one sack away from the NFL all-time single-season record (and 1.5 sacks away from breaking that record).
