Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy will meet with the Philadelphia district attorney Seth Williams at 4 p.m. ET on Tuesday, a source confirmed to ESPN's Mark Schwarz.
Schwarz reported earlier Tuesday that the district attorney's office did not anticipate a decision Tuesday on potential charges for McCoy.
WPVI-TV in Philadelphia had earlier reported that McCoy would meet with the district attorney Tuesday.
The Philadelphia police department confirmed Feb. 9, after turning over the case to the district attorney's office, that they did not interview McCoy or the three other suspects in a Feb.
