Marcell Dareus, a talented but troubled defensive tackle who played six seasons in Buffalo before being traded last year, is facing new legal issues. The lineman is now the subject of two separate lawsuits alleging that Dareus committed sexual assault, and one of those suits concerns a period of time while Dareus was still playing for the Buffalo Bills.
The first lawsuit alleges that Dareus had sex with a partner while she was unconscious after a date and exposed her to herpes in April of this year, while Dareus was with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
