In just his third season as the Buffalo Bills’ starting quarterback, Josh Allen continues to etch his name into the franchise record books while proving that he is, indeed, the franchise quarterback Bills fans have been longing for since Hall of Famer Jim Kelly retired at the end of the 1996 season.
Allen, who already was just the second quarterback in team history to accumulate at least 4,000 passing yards in a season, overtook Drew Bledsoe for the most passing yards in a single season.
After throwing for more than 40 yards vs the Miami Dolphins, Allen upped his single-season total past Bledsoe, who threw for 4,359 yards during the 2002 season.
