Jack Kemp was Buffalo’s starting signal caller from 1962-1969. During his tenure with the Bills, Kemp orchestrated two consecutive AFL Championship titles in 1964 and 1965. In both games the Bills took on the San Diego Chargers—Kemp’s team prior to coming to Buffalo. With Kemp at the Helm, the Bills produced a 20-7 victory in 1964 and a 23-0 shutout win in 1965.
