Former Buffalo Bills WR Roscoe Parrish arrested in Fort Lauderdale on two felony charges

Former Buffalo Bills wide receiver and special teams standout Roscoe Parrish was arrested Monday in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The arrest was based on two felony charges in what appears to be a pattern of behavior that is currently being viewed as a domestic violence incident.

Roscoe Parrish is being charged with aggravated stalking under Florida criminal law 784.04(3). Florida defines this as occuring when; “A person who willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly follows, harasses, or cyberstalks another person and makes a credible threat to that person commits the offense of aggravated stalking.” The additional description for this charge contains the phrase “domestic violence.
