The XFL continues to have a strong start to the new version of their football league and for the second straight week, Cardale Jones showed to be one of the best players in the league.
Last week, he went 16 of 26 for 235 passing yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions as the Defenders beat the Seattle Dragons by a score of 31-19. He was asked this past week to throw the ball more and still performed at a high level by going 23 of 37 for 276 yards with two touchdowns and one interception. The Defenders went on to win yesterday’s game by a score of 27-0 over the New York Guardians.
