Ex-Buffalo Bills star wide receiver and current New England Patriot, Stefon Diggs, is facing charges of felony strangulation or suffocation and misdemeanor assault and battery charges, according to Boston 25 News. According to reports, the incident occurred on Tuesday, December 2.
The Patriots released a statement on the matter Tuesday morning, saying they support Diggs, who denies all allegations.
“The New England Patriots are aware of the accusations that have been made regarding Stefon Diggs. Stefon has informed the organization that he categorically denies the allegations,” the team said in a statement. “We support Stefon.
