Buffalo Bills general manager Doug Whaley is concerned about the NFL's long-term future because of a lack of quarterback development at the college level.
In an article published Wednesday, Whaley told the Wall Street Journal's Kevin Clark that he has scouted quarterbacks who have not been able to distinguish between a "Cover 2" and "Cover 3" defense.
