Buffalo Bills tight end Charles Clay has dealt with injuries for his entire NFL career. This offseason, the team is managing his reps at training camp to keep him healthy for the season. That started Sunday when he sat out practice.
In May, head coach Sean McDermott said they were “concerned” about Clay’s knee going forward.
"He's participated in most all of it," McDermott said about offseason workouts. "That said, just like with all of our players, we have to put them in position to be successful, Charles no different.
