The Buffalo Bills open the 2021 NFL season with a matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers in what should be a great contest between two of the AFC’s top teams. The Bills are coming off their first AFC East Division championship in 25 years, while the Steelers are looking to extend their streak of playing at least .500 ball to fifteen consecutive seasons, or the duration of head coach Mike Tomlin’s tenure with the club.
The Bills are without defensive tackle Star Lotulelei, whose calf injury makes him the only player scratched from the lineup for either team due to injury.
