Buffalo Bills to sign running back Mike Tolbert, per report

As reported by ESPN’s Jordan Ranaan and Mike Rodak, the Buffalo Bills will sign Mike Tolbert, formerly of the Carolina Panthers. Ranaan notes that Tolbert is being signed as a running back, which is important given that the Bills reportedly agreed to terms with fullback Patrick DiMarco earlier in the day.

Tolbert, 31, is entering his tenth season in the NFL. He spent his first four seasons with the San Diego Chargers, who signed him as an undrafted free agent out of Coastal Carolina, before spending the last five seasons with the Panthers under new Bills head coach Sean McDermott.
