Dan Carpenter is struggling, so the Bills signed Billy Cundiff - and they added a young receiver that is a few years removed from his last productive season, as well, in Denarius Moore.
The Buffalo Bills continue to tweak their roster heading into a Week 5 matchup with the Tennessee Titans, signing free agent kicker Billy Cundiff and wide receiver Denarius Moore on Wednesday. To make room for the two new additions, the Bills released kickoff specialist Jordan Gay and punt returner Marcus Thigpen.
Cundiff is the more intriguing of the two signings.
