The Buffalo Bills have been a pretty easy team to figure out during the 2019 NFL season. They have a top-tier defense that is borderline elite and an offense struggling to find an identity. They are good enough to exploit bad teams, but they haven’t been able to defeat any of the better teams on their schedule thus far.
