Now that waiver claims have been submitted, teams are free to sign free agents to their practice squad. While Buffalo Bills general manager Brandon Beane was hopeful he could re-sign all of his recent releases, at least one was scooped up as cornerback Nick McCloud was claimed on waivers by the Cincinnati Bengals.

QB Davis Webb is in Bills clothes on the sideline at practice today, but nothing has been reported as of yet. Beane also mentioned QB Jake Fromm in his press conference today as someone he would like to have back.
