Q: A little bit of musical chairs at center again today. Just the shuffling in and out of guys, it’s great to have Mitch [Morse] back for walk-through and individual but then you’ve got [Jeremiah] Sirles in there, he’s got to step out, then you’ve got another guy in there. The shuffling, how are you guys just plowing through it and not make it a big deal?
