In Week 4 of 1999, Doug Flutie led the Bills to a win over the Miami Dolphins on ABC’s version of Monday Night Football. The commentators were Al Michaels and Boomer Esiason. Gabe Northern returned a fumble for the first touchdown, Flutie found Eric Moulds for a six-yard TD, and Steve Christie had three field goals to lift Buffalo to a 23-18 victory.
