Buffalo Bills end mandatory minicamp a day early

The Buffalo Bills were allowed to hold a three-day mandatory minicamp. With near-100% attendance and vocal pushback this offseason from the NFL Players Association on voluntary workouts, Bills coach Sean McDermott announced today that there will be no practice on Thursday and folks are free to leave following just two days of practice.

This begins the long stretch of the team’s offseason. They won’t be back in town until training camp in late July. If players are going to be involved in offseason hijinks, this is typically the time we see it.

From mid-April to mid-May, teams were allowed to conduct organized workouts and weightlifting.
