At this point of the offseason impact players or starters are hard to find. However, this offseason there are still a number of players who are looking for new franchises that could step in as starters, even on the Buffalo Bills.
For the Bills, there is no question that the roster is in a great position and this is a testament to the work of general manager Brandon Beane.
