ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- Buffalo Bills wide receiver Sammy Watkins confirmed Wednesday that he'll be a full participant when the Bills open training camp with a practice on Friday morning.
Watkins underwent hip surgery early in the offseason and was held out of live action until minicamp in June.
