ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- Buffalo Bills special teams ace Marcus Easley left early in Friday's preseason-opening loss to the Carolina Panthers with a knee injury.

Coach Rex Ryan said after the game that Easley suffered a Grade 1 injury to his medial collateral ligament.
