The Buffalo Bills have had themselves an interesting couple of days. They put in a claim for cornerback Darius Slay after he was waived by the Pittsburgh Steelers. They then waived cornerback Ja’Marcus Ingram in order to make room for Slay. After that news, it was reported that Slay would not be reporting to Buffalo and was thinking about retiring.
As the Bills were facing this news with Slay, Ingram would get claimed by the Houston Texans so essentially, Buffalo lost secondary depth for no reason.
Buffalo would eventually place Slay on the reserve/did not report list and will now retain his rights.
