The Buffalo Bills have responded to their terrible performance in the 2025 preseason by bringing back a few role players with whom head coach Sean McDermott is very familiar, including defensive tackle Jordan Phillips. The Bills also brought back a trusted veteran from the secondary in Jordan Poyer.
Poyer seemed to firmly bring an end to his Buffalo time after spending seven of his 11 seasons in red, white, and blue. After a very brief tenure with an AFC East rival in the Miami Dolphins, Poyer, who went unsigned throughout the 2025 offseason, realized that Buffalo was calling his name.
