The Buffalo Bills are 7-4 through the first 12 weeks of the 2025 NFL Season, but they are looking up at the New England Patriots, who are now 10-2 and well ahead of Buffalo. The Bills lost to the Patriots earlier this year and have a ton of work to do to win the AFC East.
One area where Buffalo has struggled this year is really the entire defense. They've dealt with injuries and also, simply, bad play overall. It's clear now that GM Brandon Beane may not have done as good a job with this roster as we originally thought, as it's largely average outside of the players like Josh Allen, Dion Dawkins, and a few others.
