The Buffalo Bills are starting a new era as they are going with Joe Brady at head coach. After firing Sean McDermott two days after the team’s divisional round loss against the Broncos, Terry Pegula decided to make the change and now Buffalo is moving forward with Brady.
Brady has a big task to take this team farther than McDermott did. For as much success McDermott had with the Bills, he was never able to reach the Super Bowl. Despite eight playoff appearances that included two conference title games, and five consecutive division championships, the Bills just couldn’t get over the hump with McDermott.
