CANTON, Ohio – Bill Polian could’ve been running the Buffalo Bills, again, right about now. He could’ve been back in Western New York, trying to deliver that elusive Vince Lombardi Trophy to a championship-starved city.
Instead, on Jan. 1, Polian turned down a chance to oversee football operations, citing the sudden departure of the head coach and quarterback.
