The Buffalo Bills have invested heavily in their top two tight ends. One player is a first-round draft choice — the first such player to hold that designation at the tight end position for the Bills since Tony Hunter was chosen in the first round of the 1983 NFL Draft, just two picks ahead of some other guy you might remember. The other is a former third-round choice who signed a massive contract extension after his rookie deal expired.
That means the top two spots on the depth chart at tight end are really spoken for already.
