Scott gets second triple-double but Long Island Nets lose to Capital City Go-Go

Long Island Nets, missing virtually all their starters, fell short Saturday in Washington, losing to the Capital City Go-Go, the Wizards G League affiliate, 114-106. But it wasn’t Shannon Scott’s fault. For the second time in 10 days, Scott had a triple double and a 20-assist game, but this time he did it in the same game.

Long Island was missing the team’s two two-way players, Theo Pinson and Alan Williams, who are with Brooklyn in addition to Nets roster player Dzanan Musa. Mitch Creek, Jordan McLaughlin and Ish Sanogo also sat out the game.
