Like Kevin Durant, Quinn Cook grew up in Prince George’s County, Maryland, and although they’re five years apart in age, their shared personal and NBA experiences have helped them form a solid friendship.
Cook, the Lakers back-up point guard, was on a Washington, DC podcast, Wizards Talk, Friday and talked about KD, who was one of four Nets who admitted he had tested positive for coronavirus last weekend. There’s been no updates on his condition since then.
“He’s good. He’s good,” Cook said.
