One Net: Don’t blame D’Angelo Russell for my slide

PHILADELPHIA — Spencer Dinwiddie may not be playing poorly, but he is playing passively, and that’s not enough for the Nets.

The team needs Dinwiddie to play the way he did for the first half of the season, aggressive, attacking the rim like it owed him money. Until he gets back to that form, they’re going to have a hard time winning games.

“I need to be more aggressive and I need to drive more,” Diwiddie admitted, as his struggling Nets (21-47) prepared for Friday’s game at Philadelphia (7 p.m.; YES).
