Last Sunday, the Brooklyn Nets came out with an impressive win over the Denver Nuggets at home. The hero of the game? Who, but Spencer Dinwiddie?
Even in the Nets’ terrible loss to the Hornets on Wednesday, Dinwiddie was great and kept the team in the game.
Nets fans were understandably worried once Kyrie Irving went down with a shoulder injury. Their superstar, who they had been anxiously waiting to see in Brooklyn, seemed to have barely played before getting hurt.
To make matters worse, they knew Dinwiddie would be taking over as starting point guard, but he experienced some early struggles to the season coming off the bench.
