Making statements. The Brooklyn Nets went into Saturday night’s game hoping to get back on the winning side of things after an L on Thursday. They did that and then some with a convincing win against the New Orleans Pelicans in front of the Barclays crowd. They’ll be on the road for the next few days so we’ll see how things shake out.
The opponent this afternoon will be the Cleveland Cavaliers. It’s good to be home and for JB Bickerstaff and friends, and they’re riding high. They beat the Oklahoma City Thunder on Saturday night and pushed their winning streak to four games.
