Nets turn in complete performance to beat Hornets

CHARLOTTE. N.C. — The Nets shared the ball on one end and guarded the hell out of it on the other. And by the time they were done, they sauntered out of town with a 111-104 victory over the Hornets.

It was a complete team win before 15,075 at Spectrum Center on Friday night. The Nets (12-10) had six scorers in double-figures, led by Joe Harris’ 22 points on 6-of-8 shooting from 3-point range.

“I like the way we’re playing right now,” coach Kenny Atkinson said beforehand. “This is an important game, especially with the game [against the Nuggets at Barclays Center] we have coming up on Sunday.
