It looks as if Thaddeus Young’s wrist is doing just fine. As is his game.
A day after taking a hard spill on his right wrist and needing postgame X-rays, Young not only started Wednesday in Charlotte but also poured in a season-high 27 points on efficient 11 of 17 shooting, with eight rebounds.
The forward has scored 26, 16 and 27 points in his last three games, and allayed any fears about a lingering wrist issue. How does he explain that hot streak?
“[Just] staying aggressive and playing off my teammates,’’ Young said. “That’s one of the biggest things I’ve been able to do, just play off these guys in this locker room and just continue to work.
